- Write a range from smaller to larger: 3-7, not 7-3.
- The number is the page's position in the file, not the number in the footer. With a cover and contents they often differ.
- Pages follow the document's order even if the list names them out of order.
- “Each page separately” on 200 pages means 200 files in the archive. If you need parts, give ranges.
