PDF · delete pagesDelete pages from a PDF online

Mark the extra pages on the thumbnails or type their numbers — everything else stays. Or the other way round: mark the ones you need and keep only them.

Files are processed right in the browser and are not uploaded to a server.
The document never leaves your computer — fine for contracts and passports.

Delete pages
A new document is built from the remaining pages — they are copied as they are, with no recompression. Numbers do not shift: deleting 3, 5 and 9 out of ten leaves exactly the seven pages you need in their original order. The document title and author are kept.

Common mistakes

  • It is often easier the other way round — mark the pages you need and choose “keep only the marked ones”.
  • The number is the page's position in the file, not the number in the footer: after a cover they often differ.
  • You cannot delete every page — at least one has to stay in the document.
  • Links and bookmarks that pointed to deleted pages will stop working.

Frequently asked questions

Add the document and click the thumbnail of the extra page — it gets crossed out — or type its number in the Pages field. Press Delete pages: you get a new file without it, with the other pages in their original order and not recompressed. The document is processed in the browser and not uploaded to a server, so contracts and statements are fine to edit this way.
